This is a fairly good composite.

There are some minor detail problems which hold it back from being completely believable.

The most common compositing mistakes are shading and cast shadows. I am happy to see that you got the cast shadow correct on the arm. However, with the light source needed to cast the arm shadow, there should be less shadowing on the right side of the model's torso.

The dark shading on the vertical face of the step behind the torso and to the model's right, is not correct, unless it is too show a bigger space for him to be occupying. If this is true, the perspective is wrong for the step behind him (the step edge needs to be angle upward from the extended arm until it disappears behind the torso).

Something that can help with the perspective transition is to add major cracking or break the step area behind him.

If the heavy shading was not intended to imply space, then it should not be there, since the arm would not cast that much of the shadow.

There is some selection fringing/haloing along the upper edges of the arms and under the model's right armpit.
